Marigal Gardens has its own rhythm. Neighbours stop for a chat, residents tend gardens together, friends gather at Bennet Lodge on a Friday afternoon, and people know each other by name.
It’s the kind of community that grows because people choose to stay. Many residents have called Marigal Gardens home for years, and some have chosen a Hindmarsh village after watching a parent enjoy life in one of our communities before them.
And while independence is at the heart of village life, there’s added reassurance too. Our team is onsite, in person, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Not a phone line. Not a call centre. Simply the comfort of knowing someone is there if an emergency arises.
Village Facilities
Everything at Marigal Gardens is designed to make life easier, more enjoyable and as low maintenance as possible.
At the heart of the village is Bennet Lodge, a welcoming space where residents come together to relax, socialise and enjoy community life.
Bennet Lodge includes:

- Large deck with BBQ area
- Games room with pool table and bar area
- Quiet library
- Intimate theatrette
- Hair salon
If you’re a keen gardener, you’ll enjoy our community gardens, where residents can grow vegetables, herbs and flowers, while sharing tips, stories and friendships along the way.
For those who like to stay active, the Wellness Centre features an indoor heated pool, gymnasium and visiting practitioner’s room. You’ll also find a hobby shed and outdoor games lawn, providing even more opportunities to pursue interests, learn new skills and spend time with neighbours.
